Dog Spirit at the Motor-Bank Drive-Through

This incredible true story happened to my daughter, Samantha.

When she called and told me what had just happened, I knew I had to post it here for the millions of dog lovers to read. With her permission of course.

It was about nine in the morning, February 10, 2015, at the motor bank drive through, and one of the other tellers greeted a customer that had just driven up to the window. As you know, the tellers have speakers with cameras to speak and view the drive-up customers. Samantha was free at the time so she went ahead and processed the man’s transaction.

As she sent the container back to the man’s vehicle, she looked in the camera monitor and saw a man on the driver seat and a big husky dog with very bright grey eyes staring at Samantha from the passenger seat. She said, “Thank you have a nice day.” As she hung up the mic though, she thought maybe she should ask him, if he wants a treat for his dog since they usually give out treats to children and animals.

She grabs the mic again and asked the man, “Would you like a treat for your dog?” He looked at her with a puzzled look and said, “I don’t have a dog with me.”

She takes another look, but the dog was gone. Samantha was embarrassed and confused at the same time that she quickly said, “Oh, okay. I’m sorry.” He then said, “It’s weird that you mention it though, my dog passed away not too long ago.”

Amazing! I guess some dog spirits actually stay awhile to comfort their owners.
