Nipping Bad Energy in the Bud

On Thursday night, I was looking through my seventeen month-old grandson’s on-line photo album that my daughter made for family to view.  She’s regularly adds new pictures to the album and I always look forward to seeing the new pictures added. 

However, one of the recent pictures caught my attention.  It was a beautiful picture of my grandson looking through a book as if he was reading which was great, but one of the toys, Buzz Lightyear from “Toy Story”, who was behind him in a box along with the other stuffed animals had a strange look on his face and was staring right at the camera.  His body was faced down with his head up as if he was looking straight to the camera. 

I know for anyone else, this would have not been a problem and not paid any attention to it, but his big black eyes stood out and looked creepy.  He gave off bad energy.

I didn’t say anything to my daughter as to how I felt about it and tried to ignore it and forget about it.

But then on Saturday early afternoon, while playing with my grandson in his room on the carpet floor, I noticed the energy felt a little dark.  My feelings weren’t the same happy feelings I usually have while playing with him.  Something didn’t feel right.  I tried to shake that weird feeling off.

We had a variety of toys on the floor.  One of the toys that were on the floor was Buzz Lightyear.  He is about 20 inches tall, stuffed like a teddy bear, but he’s a little stiffer and has big black scary eyes.

I was sitting on the carpet floor watching my grandson playing in front of me to the right and the Buzz Lightyear stuffed toy was on the floor in front of me too, but to my left.  Buzz sat on the floor with his legs stretched out and was folded all the way down with his head touching the carpet floor.  When I walked in to the room, he was already in that position.  Maybe my grandson toppled him over.

Suddenly, as I’m watching my grandson play, the Buzz toy sits straight up on his own as if he wanted to play.  “Yikes!”  I just sat there staring at it for a minute a little confused as to how it moved on its own.  How and why did that just happen?

I finally came to my senses and realized why the energy was off.  There was some type of bad energy there.  In my mind, I quickly prayed to God to take the dark energy away from my grandson, myself, the room and the house.  As soon as I asked, the energy changed.  The energy in the room felt better and I noticed I had my normal cheerful feelings back.  I immediately nipped the bad energy in the bud by calling on God for help.

That evening I prayed again, “A Prayer for Joy in My Life”, from Lorna Byrne’s book “A Message of Hope from the Angels”.  I noticed the energy felt crisp and clear.  It felt good. 

This is the little prayer from Lorna’s book, “Please God, Take this cloud of darkness away.  Shine your light upon me.  Send your angels to help me.  Give me the courage and strength to start to feel the joy in my life again.  Amen.”

It’s a short little prayer, but you’re asking the most high and powerful God for help.  Who else can you call upon to help in these types of situations? 

Should you at any time not feel like your cheerful happy self, say the little prayer.

The following day, I took the Buzz toy out of the room and told my son-in-law what happened.  He jokingly said, “Well, the toys are alive like “Toy Story”.  Then later that night I told my daughter what happened and she quickly removed the picture from the album.   Thank goodness! 

Have to keep saying those daily prayers!

Note: I thought I was done writing about this experience but apparently not.

This experience started on Thursday, June 11th with me seeing the picture of Buzz in the background.

Well then, on the evening of Sunday, July 5th, I was searching for Angel movies on the internet. I ended up looking through some Youtube videos and came across one that freaked me out, “Guardian Angels Caught on Camera: Proof God’s Messengers are Near“.

Start watching around 7:00 on the timer. You will see Buzz Lightyear in the background. This Buzz does not look scary like the one in my grandson’s room. He looks happy, but it still startled me to see it due to my experience. And he seems to be looking at the camera too!

It was so weird that I come across that video. I’m hoping it was just a coincidence and not meant to be some type of sign.
