A Lot of People at the Cemetery

Back in April, my son-in-law was driving my daughter and my three-year-old grandson out-of-town to visit my husband and me.  They happened to be passing a cemetery when my grandson blurted out as he looked out the window, “There’s a lot of people there!”

My daughter and her husband at first didn’t know what to think or say because they didn’t see anybody there.  They just looked at each other with shock, but then dismissed it saying, “Oh, he must be talking about some of the statues there.” She called me to tell me about the incident and sounded a little uneasy about it.  I told her that maybe he is able to see spirits.

Then a few months later, they were in town visiting again.  I was spending the afternoon with my grandson and was driving him to the bookstore.  I made a wrong turn and accidentally drove right through a cemetery.  It made me wonder about the last incident and thought I need to hurry up and get out of here, when I heard him say from the back seat, “There’s a lot of people there.”  Chills went down my spine and I said, “What?”  He said again, “There’s a lot of people there.”  I asked, “What are they doing?”  He said, “I don’t know.”  He didn’t seem to want to talk about it so I changed the subject and quickly left the area.

When we got home, I told my daughter what happened and she was alarmed by it.  We definitely knew that he could see spirits.

It made me wonder why there are a lot of spirits at the cemetery? They should be going straight to Heaven when they leave their body.

I then remembered about the story I wrote, “Life Review”.  It’s about Erica McKenzie’s near death experience, where she talks about God being sad because some of the souls were staying behind on Earth instead of going back home to Heaven.  The souls either wanted to stay on Earth because of their free-will or they stayed behind because they didn’t have enough love energy to get back to Heaven.

If the souls are there because of their free-will, maybe they are afraid of going to Heaven because of their sins?  Maybe they don’t know that Jesus Christ paid for their ticket back to Heaven.

It would be a wonderful thing, if the cemetery was filled with religious music.  Maybe the music would fill the spirits with the love energy needed to help them get back to Heaven.  Maybe they just need a little push.

The next time I go to the cemetery, I will be playing religious music.
