Even though I’ve experienced many miracles from God, I was still seeking to be even closer to him. I wanted more from him. I wanted to get to really know him more. I wanted to hear him.
Knowing he was the holiest of holies and his heaven is made of light, gold and pureness, I figured well I better try to keep my house as clean and organized as I can get it so he would feel comfortable if he visits. I even did cleansing prayers for the house which I listed at the end. But, I was oblivious that I was the one that needed cleaning.
As I continued seeking, I found a wonderful podcast on YouTube, “A Stronger Faith” hosted by Stacy McCants. I watched the episode with guest Beatty Carmichael. He talks about ALL our sins and the need of repenting for each sin. He states that not only do we need to repent of our own sins, but also of our past ancestors’ sins which is passed down to family members which was shocking to me, but it made sense. I decided to buy his book and do the step-by-step process. I began the Prayer #1 “Repent of Activity Sin” on April 15, 2026 and I’m currently on Prayer #3 “The Final Cleanup”. You literary have to think of any past and current sins you might have committed and repent for each one verbally. It’s not done like that in the Church.
During my process of Prayer #1, “Repent of Activity Sin”, I had a little sign that something was working and going on. I had a dream of little fires inside of me. I was with one of my sisters and she noticed little fires on my arm. I looked down at my arm and saw I had little fires bursting out of my skin and I would press each little yellow fire back down into my arm.
I later looked up the meaning of fire and some of the meaning read, “Transformation, desire for change, ready to shed an old identity and rise like a phoenix. The fire acts as a purifying force, burning away outdated aspects of you to make room for new growth or a fresh start.”
Then later as I was working on Prayer #3 “The Final Cleanup”, I saw a vision in my mind. It was a vision of my room, but it was messy. Things were everywhere. I remember thinking in the vision, “But I just cleaned!” I wondered why God would send me that vision. I sensed and knew it was from him, but I didn’t know what it meant. I couldn’t figure that one out so I tucked it away in my mind.
I continued listening to more of “A Stronger Faith” episodes and I came across Diana Balmer’s, “God Spoke at 4:32 AM”, episode #134. As I listened, I noticed that Diana Balmer’s information correlated with Beatty Carmichael. They both mentioned that each sin must be spoken with your mouth, not your mind, and repented one by one which resonated to me that there is truth to what they were saying.
Diana also talked about us having rooms inside of us metaphorically and that a bad spirit might be hiding in a dirty corner of a room or closet. Whoa! That’s what the vision of my messy room meant. I had a messy room in me! I’m not surprised. I’m sixty-six years young and my life hasn’t been a piece of cake. There are many people I have forgiven but I might have missed a few. It could be many other things, but I will keep asking God to show me what I need to repent of.
Then on April 27, 2026, I dreamt of a messy bathroom cabinet, so my repentance and prayers will never cease.
Now that I know what’s going on, I’m on a mission to clean every single room and corner in my temple. I want my temple full of light where God can reside forever! Thank you, God, for giving me the vision of my messy room. And thank you for showing me what that meant and how to fix it.
